Why We Ask for ConsentWe believe in honoring your child’s presence with care and clarity. This form helps us document their creative participation while protecting both your family and our work.
Under California law, a parent or legal guardian must give permission before a minor’s image can be used for promotional or public purposes. This is supported by California Civil Code § 3344, which protects individuals from unauthorized use of their likeness.
By selecting consent options and signing, you’re letting us know whether you’re comfortable with your child’s image being included in our event documentation, promotional materials, or social media. You may opt out at any time, and we will always respect your decision.
We never tag children publicly or share identifying information without explicit consent. Our goal is to celebrate their creativity while keeping their privacy intact.
