Who owns the copyright to the photos?
The photographer retains full copyright of all images created and has the exclusive right to use them for purposes such as marketing, portfolio entries, editorial submissions, or displays on the photographer's website or studio.
Can the photos be duplicated or altered?
Duplication or alteration or original images is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the photographer.
What if the photos include children?
If images include a child or children, the parent or guardian must consent to their use as outlined in the written agreement and/or verbal agreement.
What if the photos are used for purposes outside of our business?
Images will not be used to promote the commercial interests of any third
party without obtaining written consent from the client.
Do I release any claims regarding the photos?
By Signing the agreement, the client releases the photographer from all claims or liabilities related
to the photographs and their use, as long as it is consistent with the written, verbal or electronically/digital agreement.
What if I face a hardship and can’t stick to my committed date?
We understand that unexpected challenges can arise. If you’re unable to attend your session due to hardship, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule to a later date whenever possible.
If rescheduling isn’t feasible, we may issue a partial refund or credit towards a future session, depending on the circumstances and the terms of our agreement. Your situation matters to us, and we’re committed to finding the best solution together.
What is "The Embry Honor Commitment"
Under this policy, no family experiencing profound life hardships will be held liable for missing or rescheduling their photo session. We are here to support you with understanding and kindness, prioritizing your well-being above all.
